Section 75A Purchase of Assets through Banking Channel:

No person shall purchase moveable property (vehicles includes moveable property ) having fair market value greater than rupees one million (Rs.10,00,000/-) by a Crossed Cheque drawn by a bank or through a Crossed Demand Draft or Crossed Pay Order or any other Crossed Banking Instrument showing transfer of amount from one bank account (Purchaser) to another bank account (Seller).
