To improve efficiency in its tax revenue collection administration, the Excise Department government of Balochistan has taken several initiatives such as revisions in tax laws, rules, and corresponding rates. personalized books, Automation of Motor Vehicle Registration, and tax payment system whereas, GIS-based automation of property tax records are on the way. Excise Balochistan is the pioneer in introducing security-featured number plates in Pakistan.

The department is starting a comprehensive training program for Narcotics Staff and is bringing the latest equipment for drug detection to conduct more targeted operations against drug peddlers.

To bring prosperity to the province People are encouraged to pay their taxes on time as their taxes will contribute to the development of the province.
